Andy Kropff grew up skateboarding in Dayton, Ohio, and has spent his life riding parks, streets, pools, and ramps. He joined Grindline in 2005 as a concrete craftsman and became a Field Superintendent in 2017. Andy combines decades of hands-on construction experience with an instinctive understanding of how skate terrain should feel and function. He works closely with Grindline’s design team throughout construction, refining details in the field and ensuring each feature is built to the highest standards of quality and skateability. Known for his practical problem-solving and ability to communicate with clients, inspectors, and community members, Andy has successfully led complex skatepark projects across the country.
